Hello, today I learned about Bear, the blogging platform, not the animals. I've known about the animals for a long time now. But, Bear the blogging platform is new to me. So far I like it. It seems simple; a place I can write my thoughts.
The current state of blogging software is somewhere between garbage and a dumpster fire. Either everything is a fully functional CMS or a static site generator that wants to be edgy and never releases a version 1.0.0 (I'm looking at you, Hugo). And those fully functional CMS, like WordPress are just sadly so popular and insecure.
